That\u2019s why we host information nights, portfolio evenings, and relaxed conversations that invite parents to share what matters to them. Your voice might influence a group project, a new routine, or even the creation of resources like our frog bog, developed in partnership with families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Challenging Assumptions With Reflection<\/strong><br>Our team reflects carefully on how personal values and assumptions might affect how we engage with families. We avoid limiting participation based on things like literacy level, communication style, or social confidence. We actively listen and respond, even when suggestions challenge us\u2014it\u2019s all part of growing together and building trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Embedding Culture Into Everyday Learning<\/strong><br>Your family\u2019s values and culture are woven into what we do. Whether that means celebrating important cultural events, using children\u2019s home languages, or incorporating Indigenous perspectives shared by families, we make sure your child\u2019s world is represented.
